在全球地缘政治与技术竞争加剧的背景下，浙江外国语学院与北京大学合作开设“全球区域与城市发展战略研究”国际暑校课程，帮助学生理解多元基础设施协同促进区域融合及其对冲全球政治、经济和科技版图碎片化的现象与机制，培养具备跨学科视野的“战略技术官”与“技术外交官”，为中国输送兼具前沿技术洞察与全球战略视野的高端外语人才。
Introduction:
Against the background of intensified global geopolitical and technological competition, Zhejiang International Studies University has partnered with Peking University to offer an international summer school on "Studies on Global Regional and Urban Development Strategies". The course aims to help students understand the phenomenon and mechanism of promoting regional integration through multi-infrastructure synergy and hedging against fragmented global politics, economy and S&T, cultivate "Strategic Technical Officers" and "Technical Diplomats" with interdisciplinary perspectives, and provide high-end foreign language talents with cutting-edge technological insights and global strategic visions for China.
01.聚焦区域
1.俄罗斯、印度、埃及等金砖国家；
2.海湾地区、中亚等新兴区域；
3.京津冀、粤港澳大湾区等我国改革开放前沿阵地。
Focused areas: 1. BRICS countries such as Russia, India, and Egypt; 2. Emerging regions such as the Gulf Region and Central Asia; 3. the frontier of China's reform and opening-up such as the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
02. 关于课程
课程邀请来自北京大学、香港中文大学（深圳）、中国传媒大学、浙江外国语学院以及俄罗斯高等经济大学、阿曼苏丹卡布斯大学、埃及开罗大学、印度泽维尔管理学院的教授们联合授课。课程由浙江外国语学院陈溪教授担任负责人。
The professors from Peking University, the Chinese University of Hong Kong (Shenzhen), Communication University of China, Zhejiang International Studies University, as well as National Research University Higher School of Economics in Russia, Sultan Qaboos University of Oman, Cairo University in Egypt, and Xavier Institute of Management in India to co-teach this course. The course is led by Professor Chen Xi from Zhejiang International Studies University.

招生对象与规模：2022-2024级在校生，班级总规模不超过210人
03. 选拔和结业考核标准
一、选拔标准：
1.学业成绩：GPA≥3.0（或专业排名前30%），地理、经济、英语等相关课程表现优秀者优先；
2.英语能力：具有较好的英文听说读写能力（雅思≥6.0或托福≥80，或通过英语六级）；
3.综合素质：具有一定的跨文化沟通能力和团队协作能力。
二、考核标准：
1.过程性考核（50%）：其中包括出勤率；1次小组合作完成的过程性作业；
2.终结性考核（50%）：最终作业（在前次作业基础上，提交特定区域或城市的发展报告）。
三、学分认定：
可与暑期小学期实践课学分互认。
